Zion 100 is emerging on the horizon and coming into focus. Veteran or novice crews and/or pacers welcomed to join along in the fun with me (novice folks just read my pacing guide and you'll be set).
Logistics are:
Zion 100 in Virgin, UT
Friday April 19 (I'll be heading over there a couple days early to mtb ride and see friends)
High desert running - rugged, difficult, beautiful
I'll try not to be a crybaby or run too slowly.
