Getting High
Easing back into running, I'm finally feeling stronger. Actually, I've never felt this good since I started running (ever) and have never been so eager to maximize climbing. Nearly every day I think about how I can add on climb and how I get get higher from my doorstep.
This week was:
60 miles
13,900 ft climb
and 18.5 miles mtb
For the last four weeks:
210 miles
49,000 ft climbed
Avg elevation of all runs 9,200 ft
The altitude isn't even noticeable now, so I'll look to get up higher in March. I'll also be mixing in MTB something like 6 hrs bike and 7-8 hrs run per week.
