The next three clinics scheduled are:
October 14 - Race Planning and Strategies Clinic (tapering, pre-race, aid stations, course, logistics). With so many details involved, you need a plan going into your next race. Overlook just one important part and, at best, you could be in for a long day on the trail or a DNF. Learn what veterans have learned through experience.
October 20 - Eat to Win Clinic (training, pre-race, during race, nutrition, fueling, hydration) with Tim (Lucho) Waggoner facilitating. Lucho will get you dialed in on your nutrition and fueling for your next event.
October 21 - Hill Running Clinic (climbing, descending, body position, technique, when and how to fast hike) This has become a hugely popular clinic and is likely to fill up quickly, so register early.
All three will be held in Marin County just over the Golden Gate bridge about 15 mins north of San Francisco. Each will include a group run following the clinic along the same beautiful trails as the North Face Endurance Challenge in the Headlands.
