Thank you for posting your recent apology for some heated words. You weren't the only one throwing them about, but I do appreciate you being honorable enough to apologize.
I'll be out at Rodeo Beach to have a good run with friends and other trailrunners. I believe you are trying to take a difficult situation and make something productive and fruitful out of it. Remember that others, including Sarah and Michael, are doing the very same thing, perhaps in a different way, under different circumstances.
Put on good races and be a supportive part of the Northern California trailrunning community and people will sing your praises. Airing your dirty laundry in public or on blogs will likely keep people (like me) from your races.
