toolin' out

Got in my weekly flat run today, 15 miles with some Tool-inspired speed sections:

  1. Holy crap! Tool is my all time favorite band ever. I've run more tempo and interval session to Tool than anything. Awesome.

  2. Yeah, I have to be in the mood for Tool, which is often. If I happen to be listening to music while running and a good Tool song comes on, whoa! Look out Prefontaine!
